Several months ago I published an article about the ‘’real’’ factors that affect career progress in most organizations, and I went on to describe that your performance alone will not most probably grant you a higher level position.
And now in this article, I will move further to write about another two points that you should consider to move faster.

This day was during a seminar that I was attending lots of years ago, where the instructor asked us- as attendees- to split and form 4 groups of 4 people, and to form a square where the 4 angles of this square are the 4 groups.

Please DO NOT have plan B
Jack: ‘’I decided to quit my job after six months to pursue my dream of starting my own business’’.
Peter: ‘’Congratulations!! But isn’t this a hard and risky decision? And what are you going to do if it didn’t work out?’’
Jack: ‘’I believe I considered everything, and I also have a Plan B’’.
And as soon as Jack announced that he has a Plan, he did not recognize that he just made his first step towards failing in his dream or, in other words, his business idea.
